We will review past and present conditions, use yoga postures and functional movement techniques to address your health care needs, and end with breathing practices and relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made to sessions within 24 hours will be billed the full amount.
